Enrichment Component
Community Works provides schools and organizations with an enrichment component for their after school and summer programs. How?
STEP 1: |
CWLA surveys your program participants, teachers and administration to determine what kind of instructors would best fit your program. |
STEP 2: |
CWLA suggests a selection from our growing network of over 200 highly qualified enrichment instructors to place in your program. |
STEP 3: |
CWLA works with that instructor to develop a dynamic curriculum that is linked to Common Core State Standards. |
STEP 4: |
CWLA requires each enrichment instructor to attend at least 2 professional development workshops per semester. |
STEP 5: |
CWLA continuously monitors staff performance throughout the duration of client’s program. |
STEP 6: |
CWLA provides a substitute enrichment instructor on the rare occasion the selected enrichment instructor is unable to attend the program. |
